This QSL from Radio Netherlands I got (I think but not positive -no year on it) was December of 2005. It is interesting to look at the information on this since it says I heard them on 6165 KHZ. I know that there is a tendency to keep the same frequencies and only changing for the seasonal best but that is not always the case. Shortwave broadcasters do change their location on the dial from time to time.
